    The hotel is nice, and has a great seasonal outdoor pool, beach access, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost barrette during my first stay. I'm coming back for a weekend!

    A well presented hotel, my first choice in Mastichari. Good food, very good service and panoramic view of the bay. All in all peaceful and perfect setting near to restaurant as well as mastichari along the beach which is nice. The pool area is clean too;)))

    The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially the animation guy, nick. The food is tasty and there are always plenty of options. The pool area is clean and has a chill vibe. It's not too busy. The beach is nice and not crowded at all. We loved the evening entertainment and the atmosphere!

    The bathroom could use a bit of a refresh and the air conditioning didn't work great. It was a bit noisy at times with some guests checking in late.

    Poor beach conditions!!! The entrance to the sea is a rocky disaster that a 4-star hotel shouldn't have!!! Limited evening entertainment options can leave guests feeling bored while sipping overly watered cocktails!!!

    Really good service with a fine view

    The comfortable seats by the gorgeous private beach allowed us to unwind completely, giving us lovely sunset moments.

    We encountered a few issues. Our room lacked adequate hooks for towels and the breakfast options fell below expectations for a place that promotes luxury. Housekeeping could have been more thorough as well.

    The sea view from the room was amazing and enhanced our stay significantly. The extensive breakfast options did not disappoint. The WiFi connection was often unreliable was good. The parking situation left much to be desired, as available spots were limited at peak times. Despite these minor issues, attentive service from the staff ensured we had a pleasant visit.

    It was just a perfect match for a quick layover in Mastichari (Kos) with excellent value for money. The staff went out of their way to assist us, even helping with a laundry request that I had forgotten. Make sure to check out the local water park for some extra fun nearby.
